At this time, to avoid confusion for buyers we no longer send the exact email over because we noticed your systems would also send out new orders and shipping information alerts. This created a lot of confusion by buyers thinking we charged them twice, or that they had placed two orders and should get two orders. This is not the case, so the resolution was to send over what we call a "dummy email" so that if your system would no longer get automated emails out to the buyer. If you need to contact the customer by email you can still find it in our system on the order, however, we recommend and encourage you to use the contact buyer button on the order so communication can be tracked for everyones safety.
