1) Select the correct Transport Order.
In the Transport Order grid, select the correct Transport Order (TO) by filtering on (for example) the TO-number, date, origin or destination. Right-click on the right TO, navigate to Incidents and New Incident
2) Add a new Incident
When clicking on the "New Incident" option in the menu, a pop-up will open. Select the type of incident (eg damage, seal broken...), add the date and time when the incident occurred and add information about the incident. After clicking the Save button, the relevant users at the warehouse or customer will receive an alert about the incident and will contact you through the chat functionality.
A new pop-up opens where you can start a chat with a user concerning this TO and this Incident. You can simply close this window by clicking on the X in the top right of the screen
It can be useful to add relevant photos for your incident. Read the instructions on the Upload of documents.
3) View Incident History
Right-click on the correct TO, navigate to Incidents and View Incident History. Or simply click on the colored logo containing a number equal to the amount of incidents. A pop-up will open with the Incident History.
