Are you tired of booking slots all by yourself every single day? Well, we have good news...you don't have to!
Follow this guide to learn how you can invite your carriers and grant them Time Slot Booking access so that you can sit back, relax and have them book their preferred slots.
Note: Our carrier network is growing by the day, so your carrier might already be connected.
Is my carrier already connected?
Open the carrier master data table in the TMS, and click on any carrier in the list
Scroll down until you see the Time Slot Booking section
If your carrier is connected, the public details section will show the name of the carrier and current admins
Yeah! This carrier is already connected, so all you need to do now is invite your designated carrier contacts (unless your contacts are already mentioned as current admins). Follow this link to invite additional carrier users: Invite users to an existing carrier.
💡 Pro Tip: You can filter the list view and find all the connected (or not connected) carriers in just two simple clicks
How do you invite a new carrier?
First, start by adding the VAT of your carrier.
Then, if your carrier isn’t connected:
Scroll down to the Slot Booking section
Enable the carrier connection by checking the box
Add an initial admin:
Select an existing user (make sure this user isn't connected to another Slot Booking or Carrier account)
Add the email of a (non-existing) user
Click save
What is an initial admin?
The initial admin will be the first carrier user who will be in charge of their own public carrier entity.
The initial admin is a carrier user who already has access to the TMS but is not yet granted permission to book slots
The initial carrier admin will receive a confirmation email informing them that they are now able to book slots
