In this article, we explained how you can connect your carriers to the global carrier network, and invite an initial carrier admin.
But if your carrier has multiple users, how do they access Slot Booking?
Don't worry, Flo’s got you covered! In this article, she’ll explain how you can grant Slot Booking access to additional carrier users once the carrier entity has been connected to the global carrier network.
User Accounts table
All the magic happens in the user accounts table. This is basically Flo’s little black book.
Open the table and find the user account for which you would like to grant slot booking access
Click ‘Edit’, and scroll down to the Slot Booking Section
Select carrier under User Type
Next, select the carrier that this user belongs to
Note: only carriers that are connected to the global carrier database will be shown in this list
Once you've selected the correct carrier, the system will show the public details of that carrier and all current admins
Click ‘Save’ to send a request to one of the admins. Flo will send a message asking them to approve this user and grant the user access to book slots on behalf of the selected carrier
All current admins will receive the following email
The admin will have to click on ‘Manage Users’, which will redirect them to the TMS where they will be able to accept or reject the pending invite
Once the invite has been accepted, Flo will send the new user the following confirmation email and the user will be able to start booking slots from the TMS
Flo loves sending messages so much that sometimes she feels like she missed her calling as a carrier pigeon.
You're all set! Repeat this step for each carrier account that requires Slot Booking access.
