Flo knows that humans are unpredictable. That’s actually one of the things she finds most interesting about us. As such, she’s always ready for a change of plans, even at the last minute. Very easy-going, no?

Access your Slot Booking information in your TMS
When the slot is booked, you can follow the updates via the transport order grid in your TMS.
If you want to see the slot information, click on one of the two Slot Booking columns and Flo will rifle through her robot handbag for all the information you need (she always comes prepared). A pop-up will appear and on the top right of the page, you’ll see an 'open in new tab' icon. So if this information is too small or not sufficient, don't hesitate to hit that button.
📝 Note: The information shown in the grid and in the flyover (that opens when you click on one of the columns), depends on your role in Time Slot Booking. If you don't have any Slot Booking permissions, you will only be able to see the basic information.
Update milestones
This infographic explains the different milestones in Slot Booking and all the statuses it can have (you can access it via the info icon in the Slot Booking milestones column in the TMS):
You've probably noticed that Time Slot Booking has 5 milestones and Control Tower only has 3. That's because we allow you to have full visibility of your warehouse if you sign up for our Time Slot Booking application.
Here's an overview of the data flows between our two applications:

If one of the actuals above is registered in one of the applications, the information will automatically flow towards the other one.
📝 Note: If a reason code is required, it will be sent together with the actual. If the reason code doesn't exist, it will be displayed as "Unknown Reason Code".
Booking out of sync
The schedules and slot range of your transport order can still be edited in the TMS (manually or via your ERP).
When the slot is within the new slot range
Flo says: Yes, all good!
When the slot is outside the new slot range
Flo will change the booking to 'Booking out of sync'.
Please reschedule the slot and the status will change to 'Booked'
Reschedule your slot
If the slot doesn't fit your schedule anymore, (being a busy lady herself, Flo knows all about schedule conflicts, overbooking and biting off more than you can chew)... You and your carrier can use the ‘Reschedule’ feature via the Slot Booking flyover (by clicking on one of the two slot booking columns).
A new window will pop up with the new slot suggestion. Please select a new slot and click 'book slot'.
Note: Carriers can only reschedule their slot within the booking ranges of the section (aka dock). This setting is set up in your Time Slot Booking. Click here for more information. Internal users can always reschedule all slots.
Cancel your slot
A booking will automatically be canceled in the following cases:
Transport order is canceled
The slot booking location is deleted from the transport order/material order
Replaced with a non-slot booking location > the booking flow will be cancelled
Replaced with a new slot booking location > the booking flow will restart
The last material order linked to the slot booking location is cancelled
Transport Orders with multiple bookings are merged
One of the bookings will be cancelled
The carrier of the transport order is unassigned
The booking can also be cancelled manually via the Control Tower or Time Slot Booking.
Open the flyover of the slot (by clicking on one of the two Slot Booking columns)
Click on 'Cancel booking'
Provide a reason code if necessary
The booking will be assigned a 'canceled' status
When the slot is canceled, a new slot can be booked easily from the flyover:
