How do I copy a trip?

Learn more about creating a template trip to use in the future and/or copying an existing trip as a starting point.

You can duplicate a trip in just a few small steps!

Here is what will be copied from one trip to a new one:

  • Itinerary

  • Trip dates

  • Location

Here is what is NOT copied:

  • Expenses

  • Bookings/Reservations

  • Discussions/Questions

  • Itinerary item tags

  • Trip price

  • Invites

1. Go to the Trip Sidebar

On your Trips page, click on the trip you'd like to copy. This will bring up the Expanded Trip Sidebar on the right-hand side.

2. Click on Copy

Just click on Copy, and a copy of the trip will appear!
