Sometimes we are unable to find the exact address or place you are searching for. This can be a couple different reasons; that Google Maps doesn't have it listed or that we aren't able to find what you searching for, especially when it's in a foreign language outside of English.

If you run into this issue, you can try searching for it on Google Maps first, then copy and paste the exact name it provides on Google Maps onto the Place field in Travefy.

Here's how:

1. If I'm searching for "Takarada Building, 1-14-7 Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 101-0021, Japan" - I'm unable to find it within Travefy under that name.

2. Go to Google Maps and search for it, then copy the listed name.

3. Next, paste the name in the Travefy Place search box and the destination will appear!
