Before reading this article it might be helpful to first take a look at the differences between Trips, Itineraries, and Proposals. You can do that here!

Trip Title

The trip title is what is going to appear on your main trips page. Once the trip is selected, the title will appear at the top of your screen. You can then use the pencil icon next to the name to edit it!

Itinerary/Proposal Title

To view the itinerary/proposal titles, you'll need to click into the trip. For example, selecting the trip name, "Spain and Portugal Group Trips" will give you access to all the itineraries or proposals within it. To rename one, select the specific itinerary/proposal and click the pencil icon next to its title.

Can I Search for the Itinerary?

Yes! Search for the itinerary/proposal title using the search bar and you will see any trips with a "matched itinerary." That means the itinerary you are searching for is located in that trip!

Why Two Different Titles?

The trip name and the itinerary/proposal names are separate titles. This allows you to add multiple itineraries or proposals under a single trip. The Trip title in this example is "Spain and Portugal Group Trips" while the individual itinerary titles are "Smith Family" and "Gonzalez Family." Each itinerary is managed individually, so you can edit and share them separately. To add more itineraries or proposals to a trip, click the blue "Add New" button at the bottom.
