1. In the Proposal/Itinerary
To add your T&C's inside your proposal/itinerary, first make sure you are in the builder by selecting the trip then selecting edit:
If you'd like to upload a document or text version of your T&C’s, click "New Information Item" in the Information & Documents section. You can also add your terms to any other type of event.
Scroll to the bottom of the event to find the "Attach Documents" section, then upload your document. You can also add your T&C's as text in the notes section!
Save the Event/Document to the Library
Click on the 3 dots located at the bottom of your event and save it to your library for use on future trips!
2. In a Form
Select the form from your library where you'd like to add your Terms & Conditions, then scroll to the bottom of the form. Make sure "require electronic signature" is selected, and add your T&C's into this section.
Note: Forms do not support uploading documents
3. In the Proposal Agreement Form
When a client approves your proposal, they will need to sign the default proposal agreement form. If you'd like your clients to sign off on your own Terms & Conditions, create a proposal agreement form (or use the template) in your library, add your terms as shown in Step 2, and then set it as the default.
4. In an Invoice
Once you create an invoice, add your T&C text/document at the bottom.
