Pulling in tour information is easy, and can save a lot of time! All the information for tours and cruises comes straight from the supplier.

Note: Because the information we receive is dependent on the supplier, the amount of information pulled in may vary.

Go to the day in the itinerary that the tour will begin on.

A menu will appear, asking you to select the Tour Line/tour provider. Select the Tour Line from the drop down menu that appears.

Once you've selected the Tour line, a list of available tours you can import will appear. Select the one you want and click on Get Itinerary.

This will bring up a summary of the tour itinerary!

If you're happy with the summary that displays, just click on +Add to Itinerary to add the tour events to your itinerary!
