InteleTravel Frequently Asked Questions

Important details for InteleTravel advisors using Travefy.

InteleTravel has partnered with Travefy to offer an all-in-one suite of tools for advisors including CRM, itinerary builder, website/landing page tools, mobile apps, and more. InteleTravel is also working closely with Travefy offer a connection to allow your data to flow seamlessly between our systems—reducing data entry for advisors.

Here are some answers and updates to important questions:

Single Sign On

All InteleTravel advisors will be required to use InteleTravel's Single Sign On (SSO) to access their Travefy account. Current users will be provided steps to complete this process.

InteleTravel Contact Import

Travefy and InteleTravel will be working closely to build an integration between InteleTravel's back office system with Travefy's CRM.

As an initial limited integration to help InteleTravel members get started, InteleTravel members that have authenticated through InteleTravel's SSO can import their contacts from InteleTravel into Travefy.

Billing

InteleTravel advisors will be billed through InteleTravel at the discounted rate. You will not be billed directly by Travefy.

Current Travefy Customers

Current Travefy customers can switch to InteleTravel's discounted licensing. Current users must fill out the form below to request moving their account to InteleTravel's licensing:

Credit Policy for Annual Customers

Per Travefy's refund policy, Travefy is not able to provide refunds to current customers switching to InteleTravel's licensing. For current annual customers, Travefy has worked with InteleTravel to offer prorated credits that can be applied to your Travefy billing through InteleTravel at the discounted rate. Travefy can offer a one-time transfer of prorated credits for any unused months. Credit transfer must be requested by March 31, 2026. Please note this is a one-time transfer, and credits are forfeited if an advisor leaves InteleTravel before these credits are used. No refunds can be offered.
