InteleTravel and Travefy are working closely together to builder powerful integrations to connect your data in Travefy directly into InteleTravel's back office system.
As an initial tool to set up your Travefy account, you can import your contacts from InteleTravel into Travefy.
Important details on importing contacts from InteleTravel:
Supported Fields: This is a one-way import to help you import you contacts including:
First Name
Last Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Physical Address
Birth Date
One-Way Import: Updating the support fields above will not update your client data in InteleTravel's system.
Re-Importing Client Details: If you update client information in supported fields above, if you re-import client data from InteleTravel your updates to the supported fields above in Travefy will be overwritten by InteleTravel.
InteleTravel Authentication Required: To use the import option, you must authenticate via InteleTravel's Single Sign On to connect your accounts in Travefy account and InteleTravel.
Future Integrations Phases: Travefy and InteleTravel will continue to build tighter integrations to offer more seamless flow of your data between Travefy and InteleTravel. Watch for updates from InteleTravel.
How to import contacts from InteleTravel
Step 1: Sign in via InteleTravel Single Sign On
To get stared, you will need to sign into Travefy from your InteleTravel account. Once your Travefy account is connected with InteleTravel you will be able to import your contacts.
Step 2: Navigate to Contacts in Travefy
Step 3: Click "Update from InteleTravel"
Step 4: Click "Start update" in the confirmation window
Step 5: Refresh your browser window
Once you've started the import, you will need to refresh your window to view your imported contacts. Please note, it may take 10-20 seconds for your contacts to import. Travefy will email you once the import process is complete.
Important Note:
The import option currently only supports a one way import of contacts from InteleTravel into Travefy. This integration supports first name, last name, email address, phone number, physical address, and birth date. If you edit these fields in Travefy, they will be overwritten if you import your contacts again from InteleTravel.
Future integration work will provide greater support of allowing your client data to flow between Travefy and InteleTravel.
