Total Sales
Total Sales is calculated by adding up all of your booking totals.
Received
Advisors: Sum of Bookings that have been marked as Disbursed or manually marked as received.
Agency Leader: Sum of the "Total Received Amount" from suppliers for bookings
Outstanding
Advisors: Sum of expected agent amounts, for bookings that have not been received/reconciled
Agency Leader: Sum of Total Expected Amount, for bookings that have not been reconciled
In this scenario Apr 1, 2026 has not yet passed. Therefore, the total commission is calculated as part of the Outstanding amount.
Overdue
The Overdue amount is calculated by the total booking amount where payment has not yet been received and the commission date has passed.
In this scenario, Dec 29, 2025 has passed. Therefore, the total commission is calculated as part of the Overdue amount.
