How does my client view the itinerary?

Your client can view the itinerary in three different ways - through a Link, an Email invite or as a PDF. You can share with them a Link to view the itinerary online, send an Email to them through Travefy or share a PDF with them to print the itinerary. Additionally, you can manage sharing itineraries for various scenarios such as sharing with family members by adding their emails manually to the itinerary, ensuring they match their app login, or generating public links for collaborative sharing with other advisors.

Can I give my clients access to the PDF and Mobile app online?

Yes! You can give your clients access to download the PDF and the mobile app directly from the Link. This is a very simple and easy way to give them access quickly to their itinerary! To access the app, clients can click the App option in the browser link and send themselves a link to download the app, or follow prompts directly when accessing the link on their phone.

Before you share the Link with them or send an Email, make sure the boxes in the Trip Settings for Download the PDF and Get the App are checked!
