Can I add a Referral Program Code after I've purchased a Travefy subscription?

What to do if you forgot to add a Referral Program Code at checkout.

If you forgot to add a Referral Program Code when purchasing a Travefy subscription, the Travefy Support team is able to manually add that code for you any time before your credit or debit card is processed (e.g., charged). Referral codes, however, can only be applied to your initial subscription purchase. Once you have started a subscription, including a trial, the system restricts applying referral codes during plan upgrades or renewals.

How to Apply a Referral Code

During Registration:

  1. Look for the referral code field when signing up for your Travefy account.

  2. Enter your referral code before completing the registration process.

In an Existing Account:

  1. Navigate to the User Settings or Billing Section of your account.

  2. Check for an option to enter your referral code if it is eligible.

Once your payment has been processed we are unable retroactively add that Referral Program Code. However, if you believe the code should apply, you can contact Travefy's support team to confirm eligibility and request assistance, as long as it adheres to the policies on timing and purchase type.

Troubleshooting Referral Code Issues

If your referral code does not apply correctly during checkout, follow these steps:

  1. Check Eligibility: Verify that the code is valid for your subscription and has not expired.

  2. Contact Support: Provide the referral code to Travefy's support team to manually resolve any issues, as well as assistance for related subscription adjustments.
