Is your client having trouble opening an attachment or document in the itinerary?

If your client is having trouble opening an attachment or document from the Trip Plans app or web itinerary, it might be due to the file type of that attachment. 

An example of a type of document a client might have trouble opening is a Word Document file and attempting to open it on a mobile device. 

We recommend uploading a PDF file of the attachment to always ensure smooth opening and downloading.
