To embed a video to your itinerary or proposal follow the steps below or watch a how-to video at the end of article!
1. Go to the Event
Go to the event you'd like to embed a video on, and edit an Event by clicking on the pencil icon on the top right-hand corner of the Event.
2. Click the Multimedia Area
3. Add URL
Click on the Video tab, and then paste the URL of the video you'd like to embed.
Once you insert the URL, press "Add Video" and then "Save Changes".

Video Embed feature is not available on the mobile app. We will be releasing this feature for the Trip Plans mobile app in the coming weeks.
