When generating a PDF there are a few different options to choose. Here's what those options mean:

Expanded:

If you choose to "Expand" your itinerary, your itinerary will always start a new day on a new page, even if there's room for the day on the first page. If you want to use less paper, do not check this box.

Include Event Images:

All of the images on your itinerary can be included or not included on the itinerary. By not including the images, you will be able to condense the itinerary to fewer pages. 

Include Summary: 

You will be able to select whether or not you would like to include the summary of events, places, and activities listed in a bulleted list on the itinerary PDF. The Summary will be listed at the beginning of your itinerary PDF.

Include Places 

You will be able to include or exclude a place (i.e. location) on your itinerary.

Include Place Descriptions:

When you added content to the itinerary, you might have a description with the content. You can choose to display it or leave it hidden.

Include City Guides: 

If you have added City Guides to your trip you will be able to choose whether to include or exclude this on the itinerary. By not including City Guides and all of their information, you will be able to condense the itinerary to fewer pages. 

Include Attachments at the End:

If you uploaded any attachments in any itinerary events, you will want to be sure to press this box if you wish for the attachments to download with the PDF itinerary.
