As a part of our commitment to users, Travefy may issue Service Credits to users as a result of a Service Interruption.

Service Credits are credits added to your Travefy account, which are automatically applied to your next invoice/payment due.

How are Service Credits Calculated?

When issued, Service Credits are a credit applied to your account for three times (3x) the amount you paid for Travefy during the period of Service Interruption. These service credits are capped at the amount of your most recent Travefy invoice.

As such, we calculate the Service Credit you receive with the following formula:

3 x (Interruption Time / Total Time Paid For) x Subscription Price

Examples

If you pay $39 per month for your Travefy subscription and there is a 60 minute Service Interruption, you will be credited $0.16.

3 x (Interruption Time / Total Time Paid For) x Subscription Price

3 x (90 minutes / 43,200 minutes*) x $39 per month = $0.16

As another example - If you pay $31 per month for your Travefy subscription and there is a 36 hour (or 2,160 minute) Service Interruption, you will be credited $4.65.

3 x (Interruption Time / Total Time Paid For) x Subscription Price

3 x (2,160 minutes / 43,200 minutes*) x $31 per month = $4.65

* There are 43,200 minutes per month calculated as (60 minutes per hour x 24 hours per day x 30 days per month)

*Credit will be applied to ACTIVE accounts. Accounts in trial, that are past due, canceled, or unpaid will not receive this credit.
