2. Go to Settings

Click on the Settings tab in the bottom left.

Check the box marked Trip Feedback Requests on by Default.

This will turn on Trip Feedback Requests for any new trips!

Note: This will turn on Trip Feedback Requests for new trips, but will not apply to existing trips.

Enabling Trip Feedback Requests on Current Trips

1. Go to the Trip Sidebar

Clicking on the trip in your home page will bring up the Trip Sidebar on the right-hand side.

2. Click on the Trip Title

This will open the Trip Menu, and you will be able to enable/disable feedback requests.

Note: Changes to feedback settings can be made up until the day before the last day of the trip.

How will I know if my trip has Feedback Requests turned on?

By going to the Trip Menu as directed above, the switch being white or blue will determine if feedback is enabled.

If the switch is to the left, and white, that means Feedback Requests are disabled.

If the switch is to the right, and blue, that means Feedback Requests are enabled.

Note: The Feedback Requests will only be sent once clients and travel dates have been added to the trip, and 3 days after the final date of the trip listed in the itinerary.
