To help simplify the trip planning process, you can create and save messages that can be used when emailing trip invites to clients. Saved messages can be created when drafting a trip invite email in the trip builder or through your library!
In The Builder
When creating a saved message in the builder, all you have to do is go to the email invite menu.
From here you can send a one-time message, make a new one to save, or select a message from your Library!
Just click on Saved Messages, and a drop-down menu will appear.
Click on +New Message to make a new saved message.
In The Library
To create a new saved message, simply head to your Library, and select Message from +New Library Item.
Opening the New Message Menu from either place will bring you here, where you can create a new message. If you'd like to make your created message the default when sending trips, just check the box marked Use as Default Message when sending trips.
Importing Saved Messages
To import a saved message, click on the Saved Messages button, and select the previously saved message you'd like to use from the drop-down menu while in the Email Invite Menu.
Deleting or Copying Saved Messages
To delete a saved message, or create a copy, click the ellipses button next to Share while viewing the message in your library.
Saved Messages and Teams
For users on teams, saved messages will be visible to other team members. However, messages saved as a user’s Default Message will only apply to the individual and not the entire team.
