You can see the number of views their trip has had in the Trip Activity section in the Trip View. This will show you the number of views for an individual trip (including views across web & mobile apps, and embedded itineraries). In addition to seeing the total number of views at the top, you can also see individual trip views in the Trip Activity list.
Trip View
Just click on Trip Activity in the desired Trip, as shown below, and you can see the total itinerary views and other information.
Account Settings
Users can view aggregated user views in their Travefy account by navigating to their Account settings page and clicking on the Usage tab.
From the User Views tab, you can see viewing activity across the following items:
Client itinerary (web views, mobile views, generated PDFs, and embedded itineraries)
Forms
Shared Library Items
Landing Page / Websites
Please keep in mind that User Views calculate all viewing activity, so if a traveler views a trip twice in a single day from the same device, both views will be calculated in this number.
To view total views for your team, select View as my Team from the drop down menu:
You can also change the length of time that user views are calculated for by changing the time period in the drop down menu, going up to 12 months.
Travefy Pro Mobile App
You can also see viewing activity and insights from the Travefy Pro mobile app home screen, with the ability to see activity for you or your team as a whole for up to 12 months. Additionally, you can also see user views for the last 30 days in addition to a count of tasks due from the top of the screen.
To see viewing activity for you or as your team, select the drop down menu next to My Views.
To change the time period for how views are calculated, click on the Calendar icon.
To see trip views for an individual trip in your Travefy Pro mobile app, simply select the trip you are looking for in the Trip Lists. The total views for that trip will be displayed at the top of the itinerary.
