Policy Guidelines & Eligibility:
Discounts will be available to active duty military personnel, reservists, National Guard members, veterans, and spouse or partner.
Acceptable forms of identification
For active duty military personnel: Military ID cards, Common Access Cards (CAC), or deployment orders.
For reservists and National Guard members: Reserve/Guard ID cards or deployment orders.
For veterans: DD Form 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty), veteran ID cards, or VA health care enrollment cards.
