About Information & Documents

When starting a new itinerary, there is an Information & Documents section that appears above the first day in the itinerary.


This section is for managing information and documents related to the itinerary that doesn't fall within a particular day, but it can be used in other ways!


The Information & Documents section is essentially an undated section(s) that you can choose to appear at the top of the itinerary, or at the bottom. While it does automatically appear at the top, all you need to do is drag and drop from top to bottom or vice versa to move it around!

In addition to being able to move the Information & Documents section around, you can also re-title it, and add as many sections to the beginning or end of the itinerary as you'd like! Currently, you cannot add Info sections in between days of the itinerary.

How to Re-Title a Section

Re-titling the Information & Documents section works the exact same way as changing the title of a day.

How to Add New Information & Document Section

To add a new Information & Documents section of your itinerary, simply follow these steps.

1. Click on the the ellipsis

Click on the ellipsis to the left of +New Day.

2. Select +New Info Section

Select +New Info Section from the drop-down menu that appears.


How Information & Document Sections Appear on the Shared Trip and Mobile App

As of November 30, 2023 Information & Document sections on any newly created itinerary/proposal will appear in the same order to your clients when they view the itinerary via the URL, PDF, or mobile app.

If you wish to keep Information & Documents placed at the bottom of an itinerary day list, you can drag-and-drop the Information & Document section to the bottom of the itinerary to display in the correct order for your clients.

Important: For any itinerary and proposal created before November 30, 2023:

  • The Information & Document section will appear at the bottom for your clients in the shared URL, PDF, or mobile app view.
