If you are a Virtuoso Member agency, you can turn on all Virtuoso amenities and information in your account by following the simple instructions below!

1. Go to your Account Settings

Once you are in your account's settings, click on Linked Accounts on the left-hand side of your screen.

2. Enter your agency name

Enter your agency name in the box marked Virtuoso and click Connect.

And that's all!

From there, simply add places - like hotels - the same way you already do in Travefy and we’ll automatically pull in Virtuoso information. 

Prior to adding a Virtuoso location, you will want to make sure that you have selected the Virtuoso Properties option.
You will also still have the ability to search for non-Virtuoso locations as well by selecting the General Properties option. 

Once you have selected the Virtuoso Properties option, you will be able to search for your whichever property you would like to add to your itinerary or proposal.

Once you have selected a Virtuoso property to add to your itinerary, it will populate a variety of information to your itinerary or proposal. 

This information will include vivid descriptions and vibrant images of the properties. 

It will include helpful Amenities and Policy information as well.
