We're excited to announce a new feature that'll save you time and effort: the Loads Tab under each order!
What's changing? We've completely redesigned how you approve loads. Instead of endless back-and-forth navigation, you can now:
✅ See all loads in one view – All loads for an order visible in a single table
✅ Keep order context – View customer, project, and order information alongside load details
✅ Choose your default view – Use the new toggle in the top right corner to set whether the Jobs tab or Loads tab opens by default
✅ Approve loads individually or in bulk – Choose to approve single loads or all loads under an order with one click
✅ Navigate faster – Approve and move to the next load seamlessly with one action
✅ Upload attachments directly – Add other attachments right from the Load drawer without leaving the interface
Available in: Dispatch > Orders AND Approvals > Approve Jobs
Pro tip: Existing filters continue to work, helping you narrow down tickets for approval.
