This guide walks you through the complete job lifecycle in the Tread Horizon mobile app. From accepting a job invite to submitting it for completion.
Getting Started
Step 1: Access the App Open the Tread Horizon app on your mobile device or navigate to https://link.tread.io/app. You'll receive a text message with a direct link to launch the app and view your job invite.
Accepting a Job
Step 2: Review & Accept
Tap the link from your text message to view the job invite
Review the job details in the VIEW REQUEST section
Tap ACCEPT to confirm the job assignment
Starting Your Job
Step 3: Start Dispatch Tap the START button to begin your dispatch. This automatically initiates your shift logging.
Note: If you prefer to start logging your shift before starting a job, access the menu at the top of the screen and tap Start Log.
Completing Your Job
Step 5: Submit or Stop How you complete a job depends on your service type:
Single Load or Material Delivery: Tap SUBMIT
Standing Haul or Running Service: Tap STOP JOB
Step 6: Confirm Completion Tap CONFIRM to finalize job completion. This allows you to review load details one final time and add any tickets or extra loads if needed.
Step 7: Final Submission Tap SUBMIT to end the job after verifying all load details. You'll then have the option to:
Stop if this was your last job for the day
Continue if you're remaining logged on for additional jobs
