Accept and Send jobs to your drivers from the mobile app
To subdispatch from your desktop, follow the steps in this article.
1. To accept an Order
Log In on mobile:
2. Accept and Dispatch
Tap on Dispatch
Tap on ACCEPT ALL if you want to accept all jobs at once
Tap on VIEW ALL if you want to accept each job individually
Select the Assign to assign a driver or use the Vendor tab to select a Vendor/Subhauler
Tap on any of the job cards to see the Actions dialog
Tap on the SEND button to complete the dispatch
Lastly, the dispatched driver accepts the job in their mobile app
3. Adding Users
Add your Drivers and other Users: Account → Manage Users → + USER
You can use an email or a cell phone number, or both to create a user account
Select Send Email Invitation or Send SMS Invitation for the new user to receive their account invitation to login
Users can then login using their email/password combination or with a 6-digit code created when they login using their phone number.
4. Add all your Client Truck IDs
Add all your Client Truck IDs: Account → Manage Equipment → + EQUIPMENT
Enter your equipment ID or name in the Truck Name field
Input what you call your truck
Select the type of truck
License Number
Equipment ID
The equipment you add will be available to any of your drivers for selection.
5. Monitor drivers in Live Map on desktop & Mobile
The Live map provides Insights into ETA & Job status/progress.

View active jobs status & orders for internal and external drivers, including their geofences
Confirm drivers are doing the correct things in the correct way, using the route replay feature
Validate drivers sharing location and are not idling
To access the Live map on mobile:
Tap on Schedule
Tap on Orders > Select the order & tap on Map to view active trucks on assignment.
You can also select individual trucks from the Jobs tab.
