I Can't Sign into the Retail Partner Portal, What do I do?

If you are having issues signing in to the Retail Partner Portal there could be a quick and easy solution.

Try deleting the Cookies and Cache on the browser you are using.

Doing so should allow you to sign in to the Portal.

Depending on what browser you are using on your device you should be able to delete the cookies and cache by accessing the settings of the browser.
