How to request a refund

Step-by-step walkthrough of the in-app refund request form, what evidence you'll need, and what happens after you submit.

Written by TrendTrader Pro Team

Refund requests under the 7-day money-back guarantee are accepted exclusively through the Refund Request form inside the app. Requests by email, chat, social media, or any other channel are not valid guarantee claims — so if you've been asked to use the form, that's why.

Before you start, read The 7-day money-back guarantee so you know the qualification requirements. The claim covers your first payment only, requested within 7 calendar days of that payment.

What to have ready

Gathering this first makes the form take minutes instead of an hour:

  • Your broker name and trading-account currency

  • Your account's starting balance (as of your first claimed trade) and current balance

  • The details of every claimed trade: symbol, direction, entry price and time, exit price and time, date, and realized profit/loss

  • Broker or platform screenshots proving each trade, plus account balance history covering the claim period (up to 20 evidence files can be attached)

Submitting the claim

  1. Log in to the app and go to Settings → Subscription → Request a refund.

  2. Eligibility. Answer two questions confirming your trades were placed solely on TrendTrader Pro signals, with no other indicators, strategies, or confirmation tools involved. The page also shows whether your 7-day window appears open — either way, eligibility is verified authoritatively when you submit.

  3. Account. Enter your broker, account currency, and starting and current balances. The form calculates your loss percentage — the guarantee requires realized losses of 50% or more of your balance as of your first claimed trade.

  4. Trades. Add each claimed trade and attach the screenshot evidence for it.

  5. Review. Check everything, complete the quick human-verification step, and submit.

You'll see a confirmation screen once the claim is in.

What happens next

Every submission is verified: evidence is analyzed for authenticity (including image-manipulation analysis) and each claimed trade is cross-checked against our permanently retained signal history and your account activity. Submitting falsified or altered evidence permanently voids eligibility and results in account termination.

Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final. If your claim is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it typically appears within 5–10 business days.

A few things to avoid

  • Don't file a chargeback. Initiating a card dispute forfeits guarantee eligibility, and the complete evidence record is submitted to the card networks.

  • Don't submit the same claim twice. The guarantee applies once per customer.
