Multiple dispositions per eCrossing
Each eCrossing within an application should only contain one Crown disposition number. Enter Disposition numbers in the disposition field within the land description section. Add a space between the disposition type and number. E.g. PLA 123123.
Please see screen shot below on where to enter the disposition number.
If there are 2 or more dispositions (PLA's, MSL's, or freehold leases) are affected by a project, please add multiple eCrossings under the same project's application.
Incorrect licence information
Enter pipeline/ facility licence numbers in the registered License/ Line # field. Please only include numbers, separated by commas. E.g. 1345-01, 35412-62
Multiple pipelines may be added to one eCrossing if they are of the same request type. Only include pipeline licenses affected by the proposed activity under the specific land identified in the eCrossing.
Please note: It is important to complete the application, and all fields correctly so the approvers reviewing the application understand the scope and details of our project. While request letters may be included, the data must still be added completely and correctly to designated fields because the data input is pulled into the agreement when it is automatically generated. Incorrect or incomplete applications will be returned to the applicant for amendment, causing delay.
