You can now showcase $0 on your “Schedule A” to showcase a pre-negotiated or reciprocated agreement rate!
When processing a new Road Use Agreement, after selecting your template and eRoads, stop at the Agreement Rates stepper (Step 3), and choose an appropriate rate.
When Editing a specific rate, ensure to input 0 at the rate amount window. This will override your organization's rates that are stored in the system.
The overridden fee amount will then show up on your Schedule "A" for the grantee, to showcase a pre-negotiated or reciprocated agreement rate!
