Employees working across Multiple Locations

It is very common for employees to work across Multiple Locations within an organisation.

How do I set up an employee who works across multiple locations?

  1. Go to the Employees Tab on the left-hand navigation panel.

  2. Choose the Employee you want to view and click the View button on the right-hand side.

  3. Click on the Location Tab at the top of the page.

  4. There you will see the Location that the employee is attached to.

  5. If the employee is not attached to any Location then choose the correct Location from the Location drop-down menu and then click the blue Attach button to attach the employee.

  6. An employee can be attached to Multiple Locations.

  7. A confirmation will pop up to say that the employee has been attached the the correct Location.

  8. A reminder will also pop up to remind you to attach the employee to the correct Rota.

πŸ’‘You can also attach employees to a rota through Rota Management. Click Rota Management to find out!!

πŸ’‘If an employee is attached to a Location they will always have to be attached to a Rota. A reminder will always pop up every time a new Location is attached. The reminder will say - Please remember to assign this employee to a Rota.

πŸ’‘When an employee is scheduled at more that one location you will be able to see multiple shifts on multiple rotas. However when you look at a specific rota the shifts that are assigned to the other locations/rotas will be greyed out.
