I can't see an employee on the rota

This is a very common question.

The first thing to check is - Is the employee is attached to the correct Location and are they attached to the correct Rota.

Q1. Is the employee attached to the correct Location?

  1. Go to the Employees Tab on the left-hand navigation panel.

  2. Choose the Employee you want to view and click the View button on the right-hand side.

  3. Click on the Location Tab at the top of the page.

  4. There you will see the Location that the employee is attached to.

  5. If the employee is not attached to any Location then choose the correct Location from the Location drop-down menu and then click the blue Attach button to attach the employee.

  6. A confirmation will pop up to say that the employee has been attached the the correct Location.

  7. A reminder will also pop up to remind you to attach the employee to the correct Rota.

Q2. Is the employee attached to the correct Rota?

  1. Go to the Rota Tab that is located next to the Locations Tab on the top of the page.

  2. Click the blue Attach to Rotas button.

  3. A window will pop up and say Select Rotas, select the correct rota for that employee from the drop down menu. Click Add.

  4. A confirmation will pop up and you will be able to see that the the rota has been attached.

Q3. Is there another way of adding the employees to a rota?

  1. You can add an employee to a rota through the Rota Management Tab on the left hand navigation panel.

  2. Choose the Rota you want to Edit then click Edit.

  3. Click on the Employees Tab at the top of the page.

  4. Click the blue Add Employees button.

  5. A window will pop up and say Select Employees, select the correct Employee from the drop down menu. Click Add.

  6. A confirmation will pop up and you will be able to see that the Employee has been attached.
