How to add a new user

There are several user types within SiteDocs Portal. They are:

  • Internal User - Site Administrator

  • Internal User - Portal Administrator

  • Internal User - Portal User

  • External User - Monitor

  • External User - Non-Monitor

  • External User - No Core Documents

Each user type is provided with access to specific areas within your portal. Attached is a document explaining how to add new users to your portal.
