Before removing a user, portal administrators should check the following:
Is the user on any Informed Projects?
If so, an end date will need to be included for this user on each project. See help document here:Does the user have any outstanding workflows?
If so, these may need to be dismissed. See help document here:
Once outstanding workflows and eSSDLs have been attended to, the user can be removed by going to Users module. Locate the staff member and highlight them.
Select the "Delete" button then enter your username and password and click "Delete".
The user will no longer have access to your portal.
