Triib gives you two unique ways to enter your gym's workout programming:

Coaches Corner -> Programming

OR

Coaches Corner -> Calendar View

Coaches Corner -> Programming:

This will give you a weekly view, and each day will be shown in its own row. You can scroll left to right to see all workout sections.

You can click into any section and program as needed. You'll be able to enter in text, or embed photos/videos to be displayed on the WOD Display screen or the mobile app.

*If you're entering a conditioning piece, it should be programmed under the Metcon/Other.*

*If you're entering a conditioning piece, it should be programmed under the Weightlifting. The movement tag is also strongly recommended, as well as the sets and reps, if you'd like your members to track and record their scores.* (Meaning if you're programming a 1RM Back Squat: tag the movement Back Squat, Set = 1, Rep = 1)

Coaches Corner -> Calendar View:

This will give you a monthly view (by default), and each day will be shown in its own column. You can scroll up to down to see all the workout sections and days.

On the top right you'll see three view options. Limit to Section, Limit to Program and Show Full Description.

Giving you just the right combination of options to see, or not see, all the workouts you have programmed.

Programming a new workout for the day? Click on any white space of that day OR click on the day header. Which will prompt a brand new pop up asking you which section you'd like to create a new workout.

*If you're entering a conditioning piece, it should be programmed under the Metcon/Other.*

From this screen, you'll also be able to enter the scoring style.

Then from the Workout Description tab, you'll be able to add in the workout description, add in video, add in an image, or additional text, which you can now drop and drop to post/show in any order you'd like!

Any video or images you post will be displayed on the WOD Display screen or the mobile app!
