What is the waitlist?

When a class size limit has been met, the waitlist will allow members to add their names to a list in case someone who is already RSVP'd to the class cancels their registration.

How does the waitlist work?

To enable the waitlist feature you will need to set a class size limit when creating your class schedule.

If a class size limit has been met, the app will give the member the option to join the waitlist.

Once added to the waitlist the member will receive a notification confirming that they were successfully added.

When a member already RSVP'd to the class removes their registration, then the first member on the waitlist will be automatically added into the class. They will also receive a notification confirming that they have been successfully added to the class. There are three different types of notifications they can receive:

  1. Push (in-app) notification

  2. E-mail notification

  3. Text notification - Please note that text message notifications are not currently available for international gyms.

A member needs to set these preferences either under the Settings tab in the mobile app or by going to Settings > Alerts on their desktop profile.
