How to Apply a Gift Certificate to a Member's Account

Once a gift card is purchased, an admin will be notified via email (the default email that is listed under TRIIB Settings > Edit Affiliate Info > Default Email).

The admin dashboard (Dashboards > Dashboard) will also list the total number of live gift certificates that need to be applied to members' accounts:

If you click "Gift Certificates" you can access a screen listing out all gift certificate purchases:

To apply a gift card to a member's account, select "Apply To Affiliate Member," and enter the member's name on the next screen:

You are all set!

Note: The Account Credit will appear on the member's main profile page unless the credit was automatically applied to an existing invoice.
