Members can set up a kiosk pin in a few different ways:
Online/Kiosk Purchases
Mobile App
Member Online Portal
Online/Kiosk Purchases
Members can set their pin when purchasing a membership online or through the Kiosk.
You can find your membership sign up link under Triib Settings > Triib URLs. If
someone purchases a membership through that link, they'll be prompted to fill
out a form. One of the fields is for a kiosk pin.
Mobile APP
Members can set/change their kiosk pin in the Triib Mobile App. Open Triib on your mobile device, tap the menu button in the top left, select Settings at the bottom of the left side menu, set/update pin under Kiosk Pin.
Online Member Portal
Members can log in to their online portal to update their kiosk pin. Your site's online portal sign in page will look like my-gym.triib.com/accounts/login.
Click Profile in the top right, select Payment Method in the left side menu, select Kiosk Pin.
