Configure the company's general settings

Refer to the configuration of language, currency and time settings to be applied throughout the software and on the guest-facing elements.

Language Settings

Enabled languages

Select the language(s) you wish to be featured on the widget and other guest-facing elements.

Usability: By selecting multiple languages, this will generate the appropriate fields in order to insert the necessary text in the required language. The fields that can accept multiple languages will be marked with the country’s flag.

Note: When multiple languages are enabled, a default language can be selected.

Default language

Select the default language you wish to be featured on the widget and other guest-facing elements.

Note: The default language can be applied if multiple languages are enabled.


Currency Settings

Select the currency your business uses to be featured throughout the software.


Time Settings

Select the time zone and time format settings your business uses to be featured throughout the software and on the guest-facing elements (widget, notifications, Guest app).

Time zone

Select the time zone in which your business is located.

Note: This will affect the time displays in selected aspects of the platform where the time zone is relevant, e.g., created date & time of the booking.

Time format

Select the time format your business uses to be featured throughout the software and on the guest-facing elements (widget, notifications, Guest app):

  • 24-hour: Time is based on a 24-hour system.

    Example: 20:00 (i.e. 8 o’clock in the afternoon)

  • 12-hour: Time is based on a 12-hour system and AM or PM will be displayed along with the time.

    Example: 8:00 PM (i.e. 8 o’clock in the afternoon)
