Important note:
Operators should only be inserted when the experience needs to be linked to the available operators and their individual availability.
The “Operators” field allows the customer to select the operator of his preference during the 1st stage of the booking process through the widget or can be allocated in the background by the system.
Example: For a sailing trip/tour the operator is the skipper, for a tennis lesson the operator could be a specific tennis coach.
How it works
Click on Add new to create and add a new Operator.
In the pop-up window that appears, complete the required fields (i.e. First Name, Last Name, etc.).
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory and cannot be skipped.
Click on SAVE once done.
Alternatively, if applicable, click on Select from existing to link operators that have already been created.
You can preview the product by clicking on the Preview button
Once you have configured Operators, you can move on to the Resources section.
