Pricing values must be created in order to enable the product to be bookable. Pricing selections appear during the booking process.
To create and add a new pricing to a product click on Add new.
Then complete the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) (e.g., Associate with schedule/s, Pricing name etc.).
Price*
Associate with schedules:
Select the schedule(s) that applies to the particular price.
Pricing Model:
Select the appropriate price model from the available options.
1/ Price per quantity:
Price is calculated per quantity.
Example: If the price is 30 Euro and there are 3 participants the total cost amounts to 30 Euro x 3 = 90 Euro.
2/ Price per guest type:
Price remains the same regardless of the number of participants.
Example: If the price is 30 Euro and there are 3 participants the total cost amounts to 30 Euro). In this case, you will also have to select a Guest Type.
Guest Type: Select from the available Guest Types. Alternatively, in order to create a new guest type, proceed to More > Guest Types.
Note: Guest type sets the parameters so that the price remains the same regardless of the number of participants.
3/ Price per add on:
Price for an item or service within the experience that comes at an additional cost. In this case, you will also have to select or create the Add-on item and add the Maximum available items per booking.
Example: A meal within a tour.
Add-on: Select the add-on item that will be linked to the particular pricing from the available options. Alternatively, create a new add-on item by selecting “Create New”.
Maximum available items per booking: Enter the maximum number of the available add-on items that can be selected per booking.
Price Calculation: In case of multiple sessions, select the appropriate price calculation model for the add-on, which will be applied during the booking process:
Total price for all sessions: The price is calculated according to the number of sessions booked.
Example: If the price of an add-on is 10 Euro and 3 sessions have been booked, then the price applied is 30 Euro (i.e. the system automatically multiplies the cost by the number of sessions).Price per session: The price is calculated according to the number of individual add-ons selected. Add-ons are selected regardless of the number of sessions.
Example: If the price of an add-on is 10 Euro and 3 sessions have been booked, the customer may select as many add-ons as the limit allows. Therefore, if two add-ons are selected (regardless of the number of sessions), the price applied is 20 Euro (10 Euro x 2 add-ons).
Pricing name:
Enter the name of the pricing (e.g. Adult, Child, Infant, Price, etc.). This is the name that will appear during the booking process.

Pricing type:
Select the appropriate Pricing type* from the available options.
Specific pricing: The cost for the experience is specific and can be entered in the Price field.
Example: A spa treatment costs 50 Euro.
Appearance in the Widget:
After service pricing: The cost for the experience cannot be specified beforehand and will be defined after the service is completed.
Example: Checking any electrical issues for an entire Villa.
Appearance in the Widget:
Free of charge: There is no cost associated with the experience.
Example: A wake-up call is not charged.

Enter the actual monetary value.

Active:
Activate or deactivate the pricing. In order for a pricing to appear on the widget it needs to be active.
Note: This functionality allows prices that are temporarily unnecessary to be deactivated and not appear in the booking process.
Order:
Enter the order in which you want the pricing options to appear.
Extra Participant?:
Select if the price applies to an extra participant.
Example: The experience can accommodate up to 5 participants with a total cost of 700 Euro and then each extra participant pays 100 Euro.
Has Dependencies:
This feature allows pricing policies to be interdependently connected to each other. From the available list, select the pricing option with which the current pricing policy will be associated.
Example: A “Child pricing policy” has an “Adult pricing policy” as a dependency, meaning that the child cannot book without an adult.
Pricing Information:
Complete if extra information is needed for the pricing.
Note: The text inserted will appear along with pricing during the booking process.
Appearance in the Widget:
You can preview the product at any point, using the Preview button.
Once you have configured Pricing, you can move on to the Content & Media section.
