Itinerary: Management

This section provides the option to add, update or view the assignee for the itinerary.

An assignee is the business representative potentially responsible for managing an itinerary, including its creation and execution. This feature is optional and can be utilized based on the way each company operates.

When an itinerary is created manually, the system automatically allocates the user currently logged into Triparound as the assignee of the itinerary.

The added assignee can be modified by clicking on the Edit assignee button.

Click SAVE AND CLOSE once done.

Alternatively, the assignee can be modified from the Itineraries table by locating the specific itinerary, clicking the Actions button and selecting Assign.

Notes:

  • The assignee can be selected from users already set up on the platform. If a new assignee is needed, a new user must be created first, which will update the Assignee list accordingly. For more information on managing users, click here.

  • If the corresponding functionality has been activated during the Guest App configuration, the assignee is visible on the PDFs and in the Support section of the Guest App. For more information on creating and using the Guest App, click here.

Important note:

If PMS integration is activated, indicating that the itinerary has been generated automatically, the assignee needs to be added manually to a specific itinerary.

To do so, select a specific itinerary from the Itineraries table, navigate to Management and click on ADD NEW. Then, select an assignee from the drop-down menu.


To continue working on the itinerary, proceed to Activity.
