The Guest App is an online presentation of the customer's itinerary, including both proposed and booked experiences and services. It also enables customers to take actions such as canceling bookings, making online payments, accepting proposed experiences and booking new ones.
In addition to its practical functions, the Guest App can be used as a valuable tool for sales and marketing, helping to engage individual customers. (Find out more here).
A link to the Guest App is included in all Triparound's automated email communications with customers, ensuring easy access throughout the travel experience (Find out more here.)
The Guest App is available in the More section on the left hand-side menu under Guest Facing.
Guest App Configuration
To set up the Guest App template that will be shared with customers, complete the required fields in the Home and Support sections.
1. Home
Cover Image: Drop an image or click in the empty area to upload.
Note: Recommended size (in pixels): 1200 x 700
Display: The cover image will appear on the welcome page of the Guest App.
Title: Enter the title/name of the Guest App.
Display: The title entered will appear on the welcome page of the Guest App.
Info: Enter any text/information pertinent to the welcome page of the Guest App.
Display: The information entered will appear on the welcome page of the Guest App under the title.
Enable Book Now on Guest App: Activate in order to enable customers to make bookings directly from the Guest App. This action will make the BOOK NOW button visible on the Guest App.
Note: Within the Guest App this button is visible as Explore or Start Exploring.
Select a Category for the Book Now button: Select the category to be displayed on the BOOK NOW button on the Guest App.
Note: Only one category can be selected.

Primary color: Select from the available color chart the primary color to be applied on the Guest App.
Display: The selected color will be the main color visible throughout the Guest App.
Font url: Enter the font URL to be used on the Guest App.
Font family: Enter the font family to be used on the Guest App.

2. Support
Support days: Select the days on which the business actively provides assistance/support.
Display: The information entered will appear on the support section of the Guest App.
Support hours:
From: Select the starting time the business begins to actively provide assistance/support.
Display: The information entered will appear on the support section of the Guest App.
To: Select the ending time the business ceases to provide assistance/support.
Display: The information entered will appear on the support section of the Guest App.
All hours (24/7): Enable if 24/7 support applies.
Display: This will appear on the support section of the Guest App.
WhatsApp number: If applicable, enter the business’s WhatsApp number.
Display: The information entered will appear on the support section of the Guest App.
Expose assignee's registered phone number & email to PDF & Guest App (this functionality may not be available for all accounts): Enable to expose assignee's registered phone number & email address on the PDF and the Guest App.
Note: This functionally can only be used if the Itineraries feature is used.
Description: Enter free text to be displayed on the support section of the Guest App.
SAVE changes when done.
Note:
The inserted data may take up to 2 hours to appear in the Guest App.
Guest App Display
To preview the Guest App, navigate to the Customers section, select a customer and click on the Preview icon located within the customer's page.

If the Itineraries feature is used, then this page will be populated with the appropriate information.
Explore/Start exploring button (Book Now)
After clicking the Explore button in the top right corner or the Start exploring button on the Welcome page, a pop up window will appear displaying the available experiences that the customer can book.

Sending the Guest App
The Guest App can also be used for sales and marketing purposes, targeting individual customers. Through the Guest App customers can view their itinerary and, to a certain extend, manage their bookings - for example, by canceling a booking, accepting proposed experiences, making online payments, or booking additional services.
To send the Guest App template to an individual customer, proceed to the Customers section, select the desired customer, and click on Send Guest App. Alternatively, the Copy Guest App Link button can be used to copy the Guest App link and use it as necessary.
This action will trigger the dispatch of an email to the selected customer with a link leading to their Guest App.

A link to the Guest App is included in all Triparound's automated email communications with customers (e.g. booking confirmations, booking reminders, etc.).
This link is visible as Manage booking and once clicked leads the customer to their Guest App.
You can preview the Guest App at any point using the Preview button found in the Customers section within a customer's page.
