Highlights:
Vouchers can be used as a form of payment or discount, enabling the customer or concierge to apply them for all or selected products up to a specified value.
Vouchers can take various forms, including physical or digital.
The voucher is applied at the checkout stage of the booking process where the voucher code needs to be entered in order for the discount to be applied.
Vouchers refer to the creation of Voucher Bundles that carry a "monetary" value, allowing customers/users to redeem them for specific experiences or activities. Each voucher code generated by the system is unique and can be linked to a specific customer.
Example:
Gift card voucher: A gift card voucher allows a customer to use it as a payment method, up to the card's value. For example, a gift card worth €100 can be used to pay for specific services until the value is exhausted.
Vouchers can be found on the left-hand side menu under More > Marketing.
