The Booking Button code can be embedded on the business’s website or other digital media (marketing email templates, mobile app, QR codes, etc.).
Certain criteria of the Book Now button can be configured or customised (button background color, button font color, etc.).
The Booking Button is available on the More > Guest Facing section on the left hand-side menu.
A Booking Button can be created for any of the below available options either on Widget 1.0 or Widget 2.0.
Widget 1.0
Product: Refers to the code of the Book Now button for a specific product within the selected product type (Experiences, Restaurants, Rentals).
Example: Aromatherapy Massage
Note: Services product type is available only on Widget 2.0.
Category: Refers to the code of the Book Now button for a specific product category.
Example: Spa Experiences
Notes:
On Widget 1.0 only the product categories are available.
The rest category types (Multilevel Categories, Group of Categories) are available only on Widget 2.0.

Transfers (available only on Widget 1.0): Refers to the code of the Book Now button for transfers.
Widget 2.0 (NEW)
Product: Refers to the code of the Book Now button for a specific product within any of the available product types (Experiences, Restaurants, Rentals, Services).
Example: Aromatherapy Massage
Notes:
Transfers product type is not shown as an option on the Product selection menu. It will be shown on the Category selection menu once a product category has been created for the transfers products.
Services product type is available only on Widget 2.0.
Category: Refers to the code of the Book Now button for a specific category.
Example: Spa Experiences, Wellness, Gastronomy
Notes:
On Widget 2.0 more category types are available (Product Categories, Group of Categories, Multilevel Categories).
For the Transfers products, a product category needs to be created first in order to be found under the Category option.

Configuring the Booking Button
Product:
Depending on the option selected previously, select a product type (Experiences, Restaurants, Rentals, Services) and then the specific product from the available options.
Note: Services product type is available only on Widget 2.0.
Category:
Alternatively, select a Category from the available options.
Note: On Widget 1.0 only the Product Categories are available. On Widget 2.0 additional category types are available (Product, Groups, Multilevel).
Button Text:
Enter the text that will be displayed on the action button.
Example: BOOK NOW
Languages:
Adjust the wording on the action button according to the available languages.
Button Background Color:
Select the background color of the action button.
Clicking inside the box will open the color wheel.
Button Font Color:
Select the color of the font displayed on the action button.
Clicking inside the box will open the color wheel.
Referral Source (available only on Widget 2.0):
If the source of the booking needs to be identified or tracked, insert the required text to easily identify the “source” of the booking. The text inserted will be automatically added to the booking button Code / URL.
Note: The text inserted should only include letters and numbers, and no spaces.
Examples: Website, MobileApp, ReceptionQR, emailCampaignJune2023
Usability/Display: If a booking is made through the specific booking button, it can be tracked on the Bookings table, under the Referral Source column.
Selecting the Booking Button option
Option #1: Book button with embedded availability functionality
This option enables the Booking Button to be embedded on the website.
Click on Option #1: Book button with embedded availability functionality.
Then, Copy the two codes displayed on Option #1 and paste them into your website.
Notes:
The 2nd code (generic script) needs to be inserted on the website only once, regardless the number of the booking buttons, preferably into the footer of the html page. In case there are many pages with this functionality on the website, the generic script can be included in just one page on the entire website.
The 1st code can be included anywhere in the page, as long as the 2nd code with the generic script exists in the html page.
Option #2: Book button with external url
In case the individual URL for the selected product or category is needed, click on Option #2: Book button with external URL.
This option enables the Booking Button to be added on email templates, mobile apps, QR codes, etc.
Copy the URL displayed on Option #2 and paste it into your digital media (email templates, mobile app, QR codes, etc.)
To preview the Product or Category that has been selected, click on the BOOK NOW button displayed on each option.
