Reminder notifications can be sent to customers before an activity takes place via email or WhatsApp, reminding them of a booking made for a specific activity or service. These reminders are scheduled in advance and relate to a specific booking.

Reminder notifications can be configured for each product in Settings & Policies > Notifications.

Email reminder

This email is sent ahead of the scheduled activity and restates the booking details already shared in the confirmation email, while clearly indicating that it is a reminder.

The WhatsApp message is sent before the experience and highlights the key booking details, making it easy for customers to recognize and prepare for their upcoming activity.
