Notifications are configured from the Settings & Policies > Notifications tab of each product.
Who should be notified
Email addresses (override default email addresses)
Select one or more email addresses within the business that will receive email notifications when a booking is made or updated for the specific experience.
Note:
The list of available email addresses is generated and can be updated from My Company > Settings > Communication settings under Default notification emails and On-Demand notification emails.
Important:
If left blank, only the email addresses belonging to the Default notification emails will receive email notifications.
Notification reminder settings
Enable Reminder
Activate this option for a reminder notification to be sent to the customer at the designated time, prior to the experience.
When should this reminder be sent
Enter the time frame of the reminder in days, hours, or minutes.
Example: If 1 day is entered, then the customer will receive a reminder exactly 1 day prior to the start time of the experience.
How should this reminder be sent
Select how the reminder notification will be sent to the customer from the available options (Email, WhatsApp).
Note:
For WhatsApp notifications to be sent, the relevant integration must be activated. To do so, proceed to More > Integrations > Notifications > WhatsApp.
Available only on Rentals
Rental Return Reminder
Activate this option in order for a reminder notification to be sent to the customer at the designated time, informing the customer of the exact time the rental needs to be returned.
Return Reminder Timeline
Enter the time frame of the reminder in days, hours, or minutes.
Example: If 1 hour is entered, then the customer will receive a reminder exactly 1 hour prior to the drop-off time of the rental.
You can preview the product at any point, using the Preview button.
Once you have configured the Notifications section, you can move on to the Custom Fields.
