Workflows Overview

Understand how workflows bundle tasks and automations into a single reusable package you can apply to trips and contacts.

A workflow combines tasks and automations into one reusable package. Instead of adding the same set of follow-up tasks and automated emails to every trip or contact individually, you build them once as a workflow and apply the whole bundle at once - automatically or in bulk.

Access Workflows

Navigate to Templates → Workflows. The Workflows page displays all your workflow templates, each showing its type, auto-apply status, last updated date, and creator.

How Workflows Work

A workflow has three components:

  • Tasks - The task templates included in the workflow.

  • Automations - The automation templates included in the workflow.

  • Application Rules - How the workflow is applied, automatically or in bulk.

For how to build, configure, and apply one, see Create and Manage Workflows.

Conclusion

Workflows save you from rebuilding the same combination of tasks and automations over and over. By packaging them once and applying the bundle as a unit, you get consistent, repeatable processes across all your trips and contacts.
